Shipping & Returns


Anvil Fireside can ship to virtually any address in Canada. Note that there may be some restrictions on some products and as a result some products may not be available in your area.

When you place an order, we will provide shipping cost for you based on the availability of your items, your region and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you select, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

For larger or heavier freight items, a time may have to be arranged. You will be contacted via telephone or email, when the item is ready to leave our facility. If you prefer to pick up your product please contact us.

Please note that we collect HST for shipments within Ontario and GST for all other provinces and territories in Canada.

We are unable to ship some products to some locations in the USA.  If we have difficulty we will contact you immediately and if we need to refund your order, we will refund 100%.



You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  Please note that you may be required to cover the cost of shipping back to our facility.

Not all items will be eligible for returns. Some items will be marked “Final Sale”. Please make note if your item is eligible for return before purchasing it.

If your item is returnable, the request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product and we ask that you keep the original packaging. You must request and receive a written approval. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a return authorization number and a packing label for you to use.

IMPORTANT: Please note that any items returned without an authorization number will not be processed. We will provide special return instructions for items shipped via a delivery service.

If you receive an item that is damaged, or missed our quality control we do apologize. We will make every attempt to send out a replacement promptly. Please contact us with the following information:

  • Your order numbernameaddress and contact information.
  • Clear pictures and images of the packaging and the damaged or received merchandise in your possession. Please inform us of any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • A brief description of the packaging condition upon receiving your merchandise.

All returns are subject to the discretion of Anvil Fireside. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
